This retreat provides you with an opportunity to dig deeper into limiting belief patterns, pull them out by the root and plant an even more potent seed of intention. Alex Nashton + Chef Tiffany Bergmann are teaming up to bring you a weekend of slow flowing, heat building asana, daily meditation, TONS of nidra and plant-based soul food. Cozy up by the fireplace with a book or venture out into the mountains for an afternoon hike. This retreat in the San Jacinto Mountains will help you unlock the stagnation of your past to move forward with clarity and joy.

The Chalet is nestled among the trees on a quiet road with sweeping panoramic views of the pristine San Jacinto Mountain ridges, including the iconic Tahquitz Rock granite monolith. At an elevation of 6,200 feet this property enjoys frequent snowfall during winter.

Quiet paved road with easy access. No neighbors. The
surrounding pine forests are perfect for hikes and long shady walks. Ten minute drive to Idyllwild restaurants and shops.

Our home has multiple indoor and outdoor living areas including a wrap-around, covered porch to enjoy the breathtaking views, a hot tub deck area under the shade of a great oak tree and a brand new in-home yoga studio.

In 2010, Tiffany began her journey as a private chef in Los Angeles. Over the years, she has cooked for a variety of clients, tailoring each experience to the client’s need, wants and vision. Tiffany’s cooking style is comfort food with a healthy twist. She has a thorough knowledge of plant based cooking, and values cooking with local and seasonal ingredients. She incorporates nutrient rich ingredients into her meals that leave the body feeling nourished. Tiffany believes retreats provide a sacred space to create community around a table. A space to share laughs, exchange life experiences and enjoy high vibration food made with love.
